bedroom accessories for little girls image
Q. I have two getting ready places one in my bedroom and one in my bathroom.
Bedroom Stuff: All my makeup and after styling products like hairspray/mousse/gel
Bathroom Stuff: Lotions, Facial Cleanser, Perfumes, Bows, Jewelry, Styling tools.
Organizing Furniture: a big basket in my bathroom with all my stuff and a cabinet. A desk for makeup in my bedroom.
I am asking this q because I am thinking of making changed to my getting ready places since I am moving to a bigger house and I am getting new furniture. If you could tell me how you organize your beauty things to give me ideas that would be great. Thank you.

I have a vanity area in my bathroom. It is a corner of the room with a built in desk, large mirror, and three huge drawers on each side of the desk. There is a door that opens up next to the right side of my vanity and its kind of like the wall is hollowed out. Does that make sense? It's like a wardrobe built in to the wall. Thats the best way I know how to explain it. In the drawers around the desk is where I keep all of my makeup. The top of the desk lifts up and that is where I keep makeup brushes and tools (eyelash curlers, tweezers, hair sheers, etc) Each drawer is for a seperate thing. In one drawer I have primers, concealers, foundations, powders, blushes, bronzers, highlighters, and other "face" things. Second drawer is eye shadows, liner, mascara, eyebrow stuff, eye lashes, and other "eye" things. Third is lip blam, lip liners, plumpers, lipstick, glosses, and other lip stuff. On the right side of my vanity the first drawer has more eye and lip stuff. The second drawer is for everything that has to do with fingernails. And the third drawer on that side is full of boxes of hair extensions. In the little wardrobe thing I was talking about is where I have my hair stuff. Brushes (of all shapes, sizes, and uses), flat irons, curling wands, waving irons, hot rollers, hair dryers, and hair products.
My second area is the walk-in closet in my bathroom. There I have all of my lotions, self-tanners, teeth whiteners, shampoos, conditioners, face washes, shave gels, (the ones that arent already in the shower). All of my accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, headbands, purses, wallets, etc etc) are also in the walk-in closet.
My third area is an extra bedroom that I converted into a closet by having clothing rods hung on three walls where I have most of my clothes hung up. Underneath them on all four walls I have my shoes lined up all around the room. In the middle of the room there is an "island" thing with cabinets and some drawers on all 4 sides where I put things that dont need to be hung up like my delicates, tshirts, things like that. On top of that I keep my perfume collection. (And a few candles and some framed pictures just for looks, hehe) And on the fourth wall I have my old vanity which is just like a black desk with a mirror on top with 2 drawers on each side. I keep makeup in there that is extra or that I bought too much of bc I didnt know I already had it, or things I dont use, or to be completely honest a lot of it I have probably forgotten about- lol. Also on that wall I have a trunk full of old hair tools and probably just a bunch of junk. (Including my first crimper from like 1994, hahahaha!!!)
So, that's all I have! I know it is a lot to read but I was trying to describe it to you as detailed as I can so hopefully you can use some of the ideas! Im so jealous that you are getting new furniture! I LOVE furniture shopping! Have fun, girl!!!
