What colors for teenage girl's bedding?

I bought a bed comforter with lime green, purple, dark blue, and turquoise retro looking squares on it. THen I painted the walls of my room to match it, one wall dark purple, one wall light purple, two walls turquoise. Now I am geting sick of the design on the comforter and want to know which colors would go well with my walls? Also I have a white bookcase and a white dresser.

What color should I re-paint my room?

For the last 3 years I have been very depressed and went through a bad time in my life, and I painted my room red and the bed spread is black and everything in the room is dark and depressing. I am now a different person now and much happier, and I want to re-do my room. What colors should I use to make my room pop!

P.S. I am not a pink girl so no pink please!

The easiest way to pick a wall color is to go and pick out a bedspread or comforter that you like and pick the wall color out of that.

I am not sure how old you are but., Purple is a wonderful color for a bedroom

It is a very soothing yet friendly color.

Green is also a a very soothing color but can also be fun and funky as well.
