Have you damaged the walls with tape or anything that holds up the magazine clippings? If not, take them all down and put them in a scrapbook (or throw them away), except for your three favorites.
Here's the important part if you want a nice looking room: Pick an "inspiration piece" and use those colors or that motif in the rest of the room. If you have to stick with your current comforter, you might use the colors in that as your jumping off point.
Pick ONE color that appears most in your inspiration piece OTHER than pink. Buy a few pieces of posterboard in that color to use for cheap mattes and put no more than three of your favorite pictures, magazine clippings, or whatever centered attractively on the mattes. (Cut them to the sizes you need.) Arrange those on your walls and you'll have a whole new, much more grown-up look, and still keep your favorite things displayed.
Go through the clutter and make some tough decisions about what you can't use/wear or don't want any more and get rid of it - either donate it to a charity or have a yard sale - you'll feel so much better with the clutter gone!
If you still need additional storage after you've narrowed down your things, get some under-the-bed storage boxes so it won't be able to take over your room.
Last, but not least, follow the "one in, one out" rule - if you bring something new IN, you have to toss something old OUT. Best of luck!

Interior design tips for a 14 year old girls bedroom?
Lilly Ambe
I want to use the colors MINT GREEN and CANDY FLOSS PINK.
Wallpaper is not an option, I want to paint my walls but I'm not sure what colors.
Either-all pink-all green-one green wall and 3 white-one pink wall and 3 white-2 green and 2 pink
I have a vintage dressing table, chest of drawers and bed side table that all match (white and cannot be painted)
What are some other things I could do with the room and the walls?? Nothing to expensive.
Answer
Painting the room and walls is a good idea. But also have a good look at a good bedding set. The bed is the centre of a bedroom, and the way it is presented can have a huge impact on the presentation and character of a bedroom. There are lots of great bedding sets around, some of which also come with accessories such as curtains, floor rugs, wall decorations etc. The best thing is they are not expensive and it's not hard to find something that will suit your taste.
