Make a cute accent pillow for your bed with the remaining fabric to tie everything together. Easy to sew with a needle and thread if you can't use a sewing machine.
Cut fabric 13x30"
Fold the fabric in half, in-side-out so the color/print is inside.
Sew 1/2" in, along the edge on the two long sides, leaving the short end open.
Turn pillow cover right-side-out so the color/print is on the outside.
Fill with batting or even with a sweater/shirt you don't wear anymore.
Then sew up the opening.
Impressive light-up poster.

How can i design a 8 year old girls bedroom?
Keeli
My lil sister is turning 8 in september and im going to design her room to be more girlie for her birthday, because it is my old room and it looks like it would be for an adult and like i said she is only 8 so i need some ideas for it. she likes hannah Montana and i need some affordable ideas. i am thinking a rockstar theme but i have no clue so any ideas???
Answer
Don't go with the rock star theme, because if you want affordable, that's not the way to go. In a couple of years she will think hannah montana is for babies.
Try decorating it with solid colors and then go crazy on little things like posters and that, because they are not only cheap, but whenever she gets out of that phase, she'll be able to change them without spending to much money!
Try using more girly colors and remember, the furniture she loooooves now, she'll find terrible when she's a teen.
