We just bought our first house. How should we decordate it?
It is a two story house. The main bathroom and three bed rooms are upstairs. So that would be two little girls rooms on our master bedroom.
The main floor is the entrance, kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The basementt is not finished yet.
Does anyone have any unique decor ideas? It is a newer house (2007) so it does not need upgrades but just a little decor touch.
We also have a deck and fenced yard. Any suggestions for the outside?

Congratulations! Muted tones on the walls give a classic look and make it easy to add colour in other ways. Pick a style you like and blend it throughout the house or choose an eclectic look in the things you add - either way, the walls and floors are best left simple. That way, when you feel like a change it will be easy - just change the 'things' around you.
