So, im a teenage girl, and i dont do any activities. Im not fat, but i would like to lose abit weight and stay healthy, and i wanna go to training/an activity, but i dont know where. I dont live in the biggest city ever, but i still have some opportunities. I dont like dancing and stuff, and im under 16 so i dont know if gym is possible for me ...

Weight loss is over 80% diet so exercise barely makes a difference. Its good for you yes but its not the main way to lose weight.

I have no idea how much you weigh and don't know how much you want to lose but you can lose up to 20 lbs in 2 weeks on the Smoothie Shakedown. It is not dangerous. You have 2 smoothies a day plus a solid meal. You have one or two snacks plus you drink a lot of water. If you don't lose the full 20 lbs in 2 weeks, you take a break for a week but eat healthy and don't binge. Then you do another 2 weeks. You repeat this cycle until you lose all of your weight. It is quite possible for you to lose 20-30 lbs in a month like this is you are super strict and do not cheat at all.

Yes you cut out grains and gluten, most sugar, heavy carbs but you will not miss them if you do it correctly and being slim and in shape will be worth it all. You can find a lot of delicious recipes on dessert and chow stalker plus if you just google paleo/primal versions of your favorite foods.

For exercise you don't need to join a gym. You can go on long walks and jogs and workout in your own bedroom or living room. There are so many great programs out there such as Physique 57, Ballet Body from Leah Sarago, Winsor Pilates, Insanity, Tonique, Cardio Barre, Pop Physique, Addicted to Sweat, Ballet Beautiful, Core Fusion, Zcut, Power Yoga with Rodney Yee etc... all of these give you full body workouts and these are just some of my favorites. There are many programs out there that you can find suited to your tastes if you take the time to look around online and read descriptions + reviews.

I have this idea for my YA novel, and i know how i want it to begin, but i don't know how to begin it. basically, this girl gets grounded (i know that sounds really, really vague but i don't want to put my whole idea on here.) so if a really pretty, popular girl had everything she ever wanted, then had it all ripped away from her, how might you start that story? PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS, ANSWERS THAT AREN'T SERIOUS WILL BE REPORTED! thanks in advance!

She was beautiful, lucky, and spoiled rotten. Her bedroom was decorated with the most up-dated teenage decor from Nieman-Marcus. Her desk sported not only a dell laptop, but also a pink colored ipad her father presented to her just the other day. Her cat, a fluffy calico, sat on her bed wearing a collar purchased from a local art fair.

Get it... describe her room and all her things. Closets lined with Gap, Hollister, and VanMaur jeans, blouses, dresses, skirts. Flats, high heals lined the back of the closet like jewels... blah, blah, blah.

In a shockingly blink of an eye, it was all gone.

Then explain why..
