How should I decorate my blue and yellow bedroom?

Q. My room is large with three walls painted butter yellow, and one light blue with a large window. It actually looks nice, but I have no idea what color furniture and decorations to put in it. Please help! Details and pictures would be great too.

What should I put on an empty wall?

Q. In my bedroom, the wall behind my bed is completely empty. What are some ideas I could put there? Besides posters and bulletin boards because I don't think that looks very good. My room is light blue and chocolate brown, and Im 13 if that helps. be creative!!

I don't want to paint anything on i want to put something up like a picture or something but what of? or something else... i dont know!

A. Ooooh! That's the colors i use for my bed, curtains... and i've been thinking about doing something i saw on one of those decorating shows. They took 3 rectangular canvases (i would paint them the light blue first but they just did white) and laid them touching on the floor so that it made one big square (or rectangle, i don't remember). they bought some regular paint that you can buy at any craft store (like the watery kind, not the thick stuff that you have to brush on). They put something under the canvases to keep from making a mess and stood over them with the paint, just squeezing a small amount out at a time and moving their arm in a circular motion. After going around a few times for one circle, they'd start another. All the circles were different sizes and some overlapped and went onto 2 canvases. Then when they liked it, they stopped. They dripped a few spots in between circles but it really turned out neat looking. Anyways, that's what i'm thinking about doing- with a blue background and dark brown circles instead of the black and white that they did. Just a thought.

Or you can go buy a print (like a poster of a painting and buy a frame to put it in. I have one with some orchids over my dining room table and it's alot cheaper and easier to find than a nice painting.
