I want a peaceful room, with bright colors (I love aqua and green) what are some good themes? Nothing little kid-ish.
It's my brother (now moving away to college)'s old room. It's gonna be wood floor, and big!!!

How about a tropical Island theme.
There are wallpaper murals for sale with palm trees.
Or just paint palm trees on the wall. Paint the walls light spa blue.
Your bed sheets bright popping aqua with lots of aqua with silver pillows. Hot glue some shells to lamp shades. Use Hawaii flower necklace to gather your white flowing curtains together. Find some grass rugs for the floor. At the gardening store Find peas of bamboo fencing and use it as a head board for your bed.
