Cheap but beautiful art for your walls is leaf art. Collect some nice looking leaves, dry them and press them, buy a frame and arrange the leaves in a nice pattern and glue them. Ta-da! You are done. My little girls made some of these and they were truly stunning.
As far as cheap paint for the walls, you can try your local building supplies shop. Sometimes they have really cheap paint from speciality orders that they didn't mix right.
Curtains and bedspreads you could try at either online auctions such as Ebay or a local department store...they sometimes have some great sales so, keep your eyes open.
Another cheap item that fits in well with your nature theme is bamboo. Try your local garden store for that one. You can make a decorative screen or cover a tabletop or dresser with it or make some wall art.
A lot of nature stuff you can get for free just by taking a walk outside. Ideas include: collecting nice looking stones to display in a basket or bowl, collecting empty snail or sea shells, collecting pine cones (but don't forget to bake these at a low temperature for awhile to get rid of any insects living inside them)...you can spray paint pine cones any color you wish, I think gold or silver looks real pretty though, collecting flowers and either drying them for a vase or pressing them for wall art, or you could even start your own ant farm and have that on display!

Hello, I'm Lauren. A 13 Year Old Girl For England.
Currently My Bedroom Is A Bright Shocking Pink Colour, I Have Pink Walls, Bedding, Curtains, And Most Other Things Actually. I Really Like My Room, But I Am Looking To make My It Look A Little More Grown Up. However I Do NOT Want To Change All The Pink Walls As I Love The Colour Pink!
I Was Thinking Of Creating A Feature Wall And Decorating It With A Really Nice Black And White Patterned Paper. Then I Was Thinking Of Changing My Bedding And Curtains To White And Having Lots Of Cushions Everywhere.
My Questions Are:
1) Do You Think Black, White And Pink Will Look Nice In A Bedroom.
2) If Yes, Do You Think My Ideas Will Look Good?

If not, you can find small vases, an art print with pink & sage, or sage & pink throw pillows-maybe two sage & one pink. I know this says, "Posh Tots", but I think this is gorgeous.
