Need ideas--Redecorating room for 4 yo boy/girl twins!?

I'm looking for creative ideas for redecorating my 4 year old boy/girl twins' bedroom. They've outgrown their toddler beds and the babyish nursery decor. We're planning to get them bunk beds and I'd like to update the room. My boy is all "boy"--trucks and cars and the like--and my girl is all "girl"--pink and princesses and ponies. They do share a common love of animals, so I was thinking of doing some sort of animal theme. Any suggestions?

My 3 and 6 year olds share a bedroom, and i earned a little bit of money so I decided to redo their rooms. does anyone have any ideas on what toys to buy? or furniture? Thanks

Are they boys? Girls? What are their interests?

I would paint one wall with 2 sail boats and some waves....let them paint some fish...or put up those sticky picutes of fish in the water.

Even if you are not artisitic you could draw a sail boat. Draw it in pensil first then fill it in with colorful paint.

Find some simple or solid comforters, sew some pillows with boat print for decoration and maybe have them color some pictures of a boat and frame them on the walls for decoration as well

Ok so i really need ideas for my bedroom. I have a earthy colors and I have browns and greens and has pretty much it my bedspread matches and then head to Lowes and I just need ideas. My room is kind of clutter I've been able to clean it but it just keeps getting messy my room is about 14 ft 3/4 wide. I really want some bedroom ideas that would make my room look nice inviting. I'm 14 years old. I'm not your average teenager I don't have pink walls and zebra bedspread. I had my bed size is a full so it kinda takes up a little bit of the room I have a desk a dresser and shelf and a small TV stand and I just don't know where to put anything please give me some ideas please please please

Easy and inexpensive to make one by wrapping fabric to the back of a corkboard and staple in place. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10159457/ -cut fabric 2" larger

Cut two 1 1/2" wide strips of the fabric and wrap two picture frame.

Make a cute accent pillow for your bed with the remaining fabric to tie everything together. Easy to sew with a needle and thread if you can't use a sewing machine.
Cut fabric 13x30"
Fold the fabric in half, in-side-out so the color/print is inside.
Sew 1/2" in, along the edge on the two long sides, leaving the short end open.
Turn pillow cover right-side-out so the color/print is on the outside.
Fill with batting or even with a sweater/shirt you don't wear anymore.
Then sew up the opening.
