Ideas for decorating a bedroom?

I have a large bedroom, taken up mostly by furniture ( Full size bed, three piece office desk, couch, large dresser with a tv and xbox on it )
I want to get things more organized. I'm an avid gamer. Currently it's 'decorated' with tacky posters from my teen years that I'm growng out of.
I wanted to do a beach theme, but my room is painted a bright sherbet orange type color. I love hello kitty, but I'm not sure what would go with the orange. We can't paint the room because of all the large furniture ( Its just me and my grandparents. ) My ex boyfriend helped me move the stuff in. I can't move heavy things because I just had spine surgery.
