Q. We just bought this comforter:

We got the spa blue one. What kind of style would go with this? Any ideas on how to decorate? Again it's for a teen girl's bedroom. Thank you!

Q. I want to make the living room (12.8x13.11 ft) the place for my full bed and tv, but at the same time put a little couch and area for guests. the dining room (7.7x8.11) is connect to the living room. The bedroom ( 8.9x9.6) will be a pace for my meditation and also an area for my computer but I want the two to be seperate. I also want the dining room to have something to divide it from the living room. Any ideas on how to make my place look modern, yet organized, homey, and shiek? I'm on a low budget but just not great with ideas. Thanks.

A. besides your bed, get a small futon couch(which opens to a guest bed and a divider wall which you can get a Pier One imports. You can find websites about decorating online. very similar to the tv shows on the subject just search in a search engine like yahoo

Any good ideas for a collective gift to the bride from her bridal party?
Q. My best friend is getting married in May. Her bridal shower is at the end of March. I'm trying to think of an original, fun gift that we, the bridal party, can present at her shower as a group.
Also, the bridal party is composed of 5 girls - 1 being out of state and 1 being the groom's 16 year old sister.

A. Here's some suggestions . .

A day at the spa
A gift certificate at Victoria's Secret
Get five pieces of a matching cookware set
A complete set of luxurious bath towels and divide the cost five ways
A small flat screen TV for their bedroom or kitchen
A portable DVD player
One place setting of their china and divide it five ways
Five pieces of the Bride's stemware (from the wedding registry)
Five items to take on the honeymoon (his and her bathing suits, towels, books to read, sunglasses, bathing suit covers, sun block, digital camera, cosmetic bags, carry-all bags, passport cover, camera film, silk underwear, matching T-shirts)
Cooking classes
A good set of bed sheets with matching coverlet or bedspread or comforter
A gift certificate to the Bride and Groom's favorite home decorating store (for wall hangings, pillows, decorative items, lamps, etc)
Five gift certificates to five different restaurants
A gift certificate to an electronics store that can be applied to the purchase of a new or upgrade in computer software/hardware or music or movies
Spending money for their honeymoon (each person contributes what they can afford or what they would spend on a gift)
Five bottles of champagne or white wine or red wine or a combination of these
